Sign in and choose your business
Use your own account and open the center you belong to.
Your ChildQix account can belong to more than one business. Each business has its own children, records and permissions.
Before you start
- Your account email and password.
- An accepted invitation or active membership in the business.
Steps on Web
Step 1. Open ChildQix and sign in with the email used for your invitation.
Step 2. Choose the business you want to open. Check the business name before working with any records.
Step 3. If you received an invitation, open its email link and follow the acceptance steps before returning to your workspace.
What happens next
You see Home for your family or Today for your team, with the sections your membership allows.
If something gets in the way
Why is my business missing?
Check that you signed in with the invited email and accepted the invitation. Ask the business owner to check your membership if the business still does not appear.
Why are some sections missing?
Sections depend on your role, assigned children or classrooms, and the business subscription. Ask the business owner to review your permissions and links if you need another section.
