Sign in and choose your business
Use your own account and open the center you belong to.
Your ChildQix account can belong to more than one business. Each business has its own children, records and permissions.
Before you start
- Your account email and password.
- An accepted invitation or active membership in the business.
Steps on iOS
Step 1. Open the ChildQix app and select Sign in.
Step 2. Enter your account email and password, then choose the business from Choose a business.
Step 3. To open another center later, go to Me and choose Switch business.
What happens next
You see Home for your family or Today for your team, with the sections your membership allows.
If something gets in the way
Why is my business missing?
Check that you signed in with the invited email and accepted the invitation. Ask the business owner to check your membership if the business still does not appear.
Why are some sections missing?
Sections depend on your role, assigned children or classrooms, and the business subscription. Ask the business owner to review your permissions and links if you need another section.

If this is about a child, an invoice or who can see what, your center holds those records and can answer faster than we can. For a sign-in problem or an app fault, write to us with the screen and the error message — never passwords or private child records.
