A little guidance, when you need it

Help & guides

6 guides are open to everyone — the ones you need when you cannot get in. The other 29 live inside your center, where they know your rooms, your roles and your fees.

Looking for attendance, invoices or daily reports? Sign in — those guides are in your center's library.

For parents and guardians

You got an email from your center.

Most people land on this page from a notification. Here are the three things they are usually trying to do.

  1. 01

    “I can't sign in.”

Your center creates your account and links your child — we cannot add you ourselves. If you have never had an invitation, ask them. If you have, reset your password.

  2. 02

    “Where are the details?”

Email subjects and push alerts keep child names and private care details out of previews. The email itself may name your child. Follow its instructions to open the linked record or an attached invoice for the details.

    Notifications and missing alerts
  3. 03

“I need it for my taxes.”

Receipts and a year-end statement of what you paid are in the app, for Form 2441 and dependent care FSA claims. Your center's EIN is on them.

Two different doors. Pick the right one.

Your center manages the records and controls who can access them. Start with their team for questions about a child, an invoice or permissions.

Your center

Your child's care, an invitation, access for another guardian, an invoice or a question about the day. They can also fix most of it faster than we can.
