Protect your account and request deletion

Review shared account settings, sign out other devices and submit a verified deletion request.

Open to everyone Version 2 · updated October 3, 2026

Your account is shared across the centers you belong to. Deleting the account is a verified request affecting all those centers, with review of records that may need to be retained.

Before you start

  • Your current password for email changes, password changes or account deletion.
  • Any unsynced app changes saved to the workspace before signing out.

Steps on iOS

  1. Step 1. Open Me. Use Sign out of all devices when you need to end account sessions across phones, tablets and browsers.

  2. Step 2. Use the web My account screen to change your profile or password.

  3. Step 3. Choose Delete my account from Me or the business chooser. Read the scope, enter Current password and confirm the request.

  4. Step 4. Check the request status and use the cancellation action while it remains pending.

What happens next

A deletion request receives a status and target completion date. The service aims to complete it within 30 days; it is not immediate erasure.

If something gets in the way

Does deletion erase every child care record immediately?

Staff review associated content. Required childcare, financial or security records may remain, and the completion notice explains the reason and retention period.

Can an owner request deletion?

Yes. The team coordinates an authorized ownership transfer or business closure. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a center subscription. Use account recovery if you cannot verify your password, or contact support without sending your password.

Still stuck?

If this is about a child, an invoice or who can see what, your center holds those records and can answer faster than we can. For a sign-in problem or an app fault, write to us with the screen and the error message — never passwords or private child records.
