Manage notifications and find a missing alert

Set email and push preferences, then open the secure record from your inbox.

Open to everyone Version 1 · updated September 30, 2026

Notifications point you to records you may access. Your notification inbox remains available even when email or push delivery is disabled.

Before you start

  • A signed-in account for inbox access and preference changes.
  • Device or browser notification permission for push alerts.

Steps on Web

  1. Step 1. Open the notification bell and Notifications. Use Open securely to open the current record.

  2. Step 2. Under Notification preferences, choose the email and phone or browser notification types, then Save preferences.

  3. Step 3. Use Enable browser notifications when supported and allow the browser permission prompt.

  4. Step 4. Business administrators can open Delivery history and retries to inspect failed delivery and retry eligible items.

What happens next

Preferences control eligible email and push delivery. Alerts contain a short notification; private care details stay behind account and record access checks.

If something gets in the way

I did not get an alert. Is the record missing?

Check Inbox in the app or Notifications on the web, then check the source section and your preferences. Delivery can be delayed or fail independently of saving the record.

Why does an alert no longer open its record?

Access is checked again when you open it. A withdrawn item or revoked membership may make it unavailable. Invitation and account recovery emails cannot be disabled in notification preferences.

Still stuck?

If this is about a child, an invoice or who can see what, your center holds those records and can answer faster than we can. For a sign-in problem or an app fault, write to us with the screen and the error message — never passwords or private child records.
