Resolve connection and sync problems

Check queued attendance and care changes before repeating or signing out.

Open to everyone Version 1 · updated September 30, 2026

The apps can queue supported ordinary attendance marks and care entries during connection loss. A saved offline change has not yet been confirmed by the business workspace.

Before you start

  • A working internet connection to confirm server records.
  • The account that created any queued app changes.

Steps on Android

  1. Step 1. Open Me and Offline changes. Reconnect and use Sync now if changes are waiting.

  2. Step 2. Wait for All changes synced, then refresh Attendance or Care and check the actual records.

  3. Step 3. Read any change that could not be saved. Open its source record and review the latest information before acting again.

  4. Step 4. Sync pending changes before signing out. The app discards unsynced changes when you sign out. Corrections, uploads and financial actions require a connection.

What happens next

Successful queued changes reach the workspace, or the app explains which changes could not be saved and need review.

If something gets in the way

Can I keep working from an old screen?

Cached information may be out of date. Refresh before a correction, publication or financial action; current permissions and record versions still apply.

Should I reinstall the app to fix a pending queue?

First reconnect, inspect Offline changes and try Sync now. Avoid signing out or removing the app while changes are unsynced, because local pending work can be lost.

What if maintenance or a subscription restriction prevents access?

Read the access message. Wait and retry a temporary maintenance interruption; for a plan restriction, ask the business owner to review the subscription in the web workspace. Account recovery and general help remain useful while feature access is unavailable. If the problem continues, contact support@childqix.com with the screen and error message, without passwords or private child records.

Still stuck?

If this is about a child, an invoice or who can see what, your center holds those records and can answer faster than we can. For a sign-in problem or an app fault, write to us with the screen and the error message — never passwords or private child records.
